There are still many full-time jobs available even though the overall trends in job growth in Canada point to a rise in part-time employment.

And Regina is the greatest Canadian city for full-time employment, according to a research by Global News.

The full-time employment rates for cities across the nation were calculated using recent Stats Can data (by dividing a city’s full-time employment by population*).

We went a step further and compared the population, median family income, life satisfaction, average cost of rent, average cost of a meal, and average cost of transportation in the top 10 cities for full-time employment.

In case you become peckish during a job interview, we’ve also added one of Yelp’s top-rated neighborhood restaurants for each city.
